TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

  • planning, implementing and managing building development activities;
  • managing and maintaining real estate assets technically and financially;
  • managing general services: managing outsourced services and relationships with users, including student housing services (taking charge of requests, assessment and case management)
  • managing the purchase process of goods and services: purchases over € 40,000 for all School facilities and under € 40,000 only for General Management facilities, unless otherwise specified.

This Department consists of the following organizational units: Coordination Construction Budget and Accounting Management Office, Technical Services Office, Procurement Department Office, General Services Office.
