The aim of the project is to support the Acque group in defining and testing innovative ways of interacting and involving users, aimed at better understanding their needs, both informational and in terms of the quality of the service provided and the structuring of participation mechanisms users to support the strategic and managerial decisions of the group.

The aim of the project is to provide the Cooperative with a socio-economic and territorial evaluation system that allows to measure the impact produced by it through its activities. This measurement will serve both to delineate the effect of social activity in itself and in perspective to assess the commercial effects of social activities.
