Bio
Working at the intersection of health systems and gender. I have a background in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with a PhD in Sustainability, Innovation and Healthcare Management (with laude) at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna. I defended my thesis entitled Engaging men to positively impact women's adherence to care in Malawi in 2020. I have been working and travelling to Malawi since 2017.
I have been working with the World Health Organization (Department of Sexual and Reproductive Health; Division of Data, Analytics and Delivery for Impact), the World Health Organization Afro, several universities (University of Geneva, Graduate Institute, University of Tor Vergata), institutions ( Swiss Federal Office of Public Health), and NGOs (GRAPH Network, Dream programme- Community of Sant'Egidio).
My research focuses on the healthcare system organization and management, and the evaluation of innovative health programmes in low- and middle-income countries and Europe.
