- Influence of nitrogen fertilization and inoculation by beneficial microorganisms on growth, physiology, yield, nutrient uptake of cereals and legumes
- Nutritional and nutraceutic properties of old and modern bred and durum wheat varieties as affected by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungal inocula and agronomic biofortification with Fe and Zn
- Functional plant-soil interactions and soil fertility
- Influence of AMF on organic matter degradation by native saprophytic bacterial and fungal communities
- Removal of pharmaceuticals from wastewater by energy crops and symbiotic microorganisms
- Effect of land-use intensity, tillage and soil properties in shaping the microbial community composition and structure by morphological and molecular tools.
- Agroecological synthesis using meta-analytical techniques
