Africa at a crossroads, security challenges and strategic partnerships: Sant’Anna School launches new master’s degree program in International Security Studies
Choosing to undertake the Sant’Anna School and University of Trento master’s degree program in International Security Studies will involve students attending a conference on migration, land degradation, violent extremism, and transnational terrorism in Africa today.
The conference marks the launch of a new master’s program designed to study the EU-Africa relationship, strategic partnerships and interventions under the African priorities defined in Agenda 2063. The program offers an instrument for a deeper level of study of Africa’s relations beyond aid including the leadership role of the European Union to create consensus on policy, economics, and migration management.
The conference will offer a critical perspective on the African open question raised by demands for international security strategies needed to combat terrorism.
The conference is offered online at https://bit.ly/3knjpsk (pw: ac2020)
