Sant’Anna School welcomes guest lecturers from Erasmus + partner universities. Teaching staff exchange is included in an inter-institutional mobility agreement to improve cooperation and promote knowledge sharing in Europe and beyond.

Since the inception in 2015, the “Erasmus+ KA 107 International Credit Mobility” program (for students and staff from around the world beyond Europe) supported higher education institutions to expand their cooperation strategies. Sant’Anna School is currently involved as a partner in cooperation projects with Russia, Ethiopia, Ghana and Sudan.

Through the “Erasmus+ KA 107 International Credit Mobility”, Sant’Anna School welcomes academics from Ethiopia and Ghana. The collaborative projects under the supervision of Professor Andrea de Guttry, director of the Dirpolis Institute (Law, Politics, Development), focused on African HR systems and conflict management strategies. Takele Soboka Bulto, Associate Professor of Law, School of Law, College of Law and Governance Studies, Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, will lecture on “African Human Rights system” and Philip K. Attuquayefio, Deputy Director, Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy, University of Ghana, give his talk on “Contemporary history of African Conflict”, at Sant’Anna School Master in Human Rights and Conflict Management.

Staff Mobility is not solely intended to be for the benefit or career development of academic staff. Through the “Erasmus + KA 103 Programme Countries”, Elisa Meloni is carrying out a traineeship in Spain, at the University of Seville.

Giacomo Delle donne, junior research fellow in Law, will lecture at Innsbruck University. A teaching placement should be between 2 days and 2 months in duration, with a minimum of 8 hours teaching per week.
