A STORY OF TALENT: SANT’ANNA SCHOOL POLITICAL SCIENCE GRADUATE STUDENT WON MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS COMPETITION TO BECOME A FOREIGN OFFICE DIPLOMAT
Once again, students from Sant’Anna School have demonstrated their outstanding talent. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations has just announced the winners of the competition for 35 legation secretary posts. Sant’Anna School student Francesco Jonas Badde graduated in 2017. He won first place at the national competition for diplomats and his fellow student Francesco Perale ranked 4th. They were enrolled in 2011 and they both attended courses and participated in internship abroad programs offered by Sant’Anna School. For the third year in a row, students from Sant’Anna School won the Ministry of Foreign Affairs competition for the next generation of diplomats.
The rating of the winners for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs competition reflects not only the level of talent that is emerging from Sant’Anna School graduate programs but also the improved reputation for the quality of research and teaching. The social value of educating a skilled, talented and engaged student population has been well documented.
