Students of the PhD program in Law organize and participate in the seminar dedicated to the volume "Soggetto privato nella Costituzione italiana" by Paolo Barile
On Monday, June 5, 2023, as part of the course dedicated to the classics of constitutionalism, curated by Emanuele Rossi, professor of Constitutional Law at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies, some of the students of the PhD in Law program organized the seminar "Soggetto privato nella Costituzione italiana" by Paolo Barile, at the constitutionalist's studio on Via Gino Capponi in Florence.
Students discussed the text with Enzo Cheli, vice president emeritus of the Constitutional Court, who has been close to Barile for many, many years as a colleague both in the academy and in professional activity. The papers and comments were joined by Emanuele Rossi and Gian Luca Conti, a professor in the University of Pisa. At the end, the students visited the studio in Borgo Pinti, where the young Barile, a student and collaborator of the titular Piero Calamandrei, drafted the volume, which appeared in 1953.
