Andrea Tenucci

He graduated in Business Economics at the University of Pisa in 2003, and got a Ph.D. in Business Economics at the University of Pisa in 2007. He has research experience abroad at the University of Edinburgh (Scotland) and at Aarhus School of Business (Denmark). Research Fellow at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna since 2007, Assistant Professor since 2012 and then Associate Professor since 2019. His main fields of research are cost accounting and management in servitizing contexts, strategic management accounting, performance measurement and accounting history. He is furthermore doing research on Integrated Reporting and ESG measures/reporting.

He further collaborates with the Cost Management Center of Tampere University (Finland).

Recent Research Projects:

• Scientific Coordinator of the project “Servitization strategy in Manufacturing Companies: the role of Management Accounting”. The research team is composed by Petri Suomala and Teemu Laine  of the Cost Management Center of the Tampere University of Technology (Finland) and Lino Cinquini of Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna. Project financed by the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
• Scientific Coordinator of the project “Exploring the potential role of Management Accounting in Servitizing Manufacturing Companies”. The research team is composed by Teemu Laine of the Cost Management Center of the Tampere University of Technology (Finland). Project financed by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
