The Research centres provide technological structures and platforms for research and the prototyping and production of high-added-value components for both the academic sector and small- and medium-sized enterprises.

Among these is the technological infrastructure INPHOTEC for the design and packaging of integrated photonic circuits. INPHOTEC offers advanced services to businesses for innovation and technological transfer.
