Bio

Salvatore Pirri is currently a research fellow in Health Economics and Data analysis at the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies. His research fields span from health economics to the analysis of social media and behavioural economics, with a focus on rare and complex diseases. He has conducted research on the Big Data application for medication adherence, measurement of inequalities in health and healthcare access, social media analysis for policy interventions in the area of awareness and social support for public intervention. More recently, he has been studying the role of social media platforms in shaping human behavior choice.
