"A Healthcare that listens improves!", on June 9th at Florence a conference on the PREMs Observatory on ordinary hospitalization, MeS Laboratory of the Sant'Anna School, in collaboration with the Tuscany Region

An opportunity to take stock of the PREMs project,and the resulting actions to improve Tuscan healthcare

The Management and Healthcare - MeS Laboratory from Sant'Anna School's Institute of Management, in collaboration with the Tuscany Region, organizes a conference dedicated to the PREMs Observatory on ordinary hospitalization. "Una sanità che ascolta, migliora! - A Healthcare that listens improves!", will take place on June 9th at 9.30AM at Sant'Apollonia auditorium in Florence. The conference will be an opportunity to take stock of the PREMs project,and the resulting actions to improve Tuscan healthcare.

The initiative will be opened by institutional greetings from the President of the Region of Tuscany, Eugenio Giani, and the Rector of Sant'Anna School, Sabina Nuti. The workshop will be attended by researchers from the MeS laboratory, who will report on the state of the art and future prospects of the PREMS survey, and by three international experts: Elke Loeffler of the Open University Business School, Vita Šteina, advisor on patient experience to the Latvian Ministry of Health, and Carlos Bezos Daleske, CEO of the Institute for Patient Experience (IEXP) in Madrid. This will be followed by a round table discussion with executives from the Tuscan Health Authorities, the Ministry of Health and the Veneto Region.
