Hidden Antisemitism in Cases. A legal and communicative pathway
On Monday, February 20, 2023, starting at 3:30 p.m., the workshop "Antisemitism Hidden in Cases. A legal and communicative pathway". The initiative opens a discussion related to the dynamics of interference that are set in motion in cases of antisemitism (including hidden antisemitism) between the media narrative of the discriminatory incident and the reaction of the legal system (in particular, criminal institutions) to it. The event is organized as part of the project HIDEANDOLA (Hidden Antisemitism and the Communication Skills of Lawyers and Journalists), funded by the European Commission and of which the Sant'Anna School is the main promoter with the coordination of Alberto di Martino, professor of Criminal Law at the Dirpolis Institute (Law, Politics, Development) of the Sant'Anna School.
