The Research Area of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, together with the respective areas of the Scuola Normale Superiore and the University of Pisa, organizes an online course dedicated to the European Research Council (ERC) program, within the framework of Horizon Europe, for Friday, July 12th (starting at 9:45 am).

This event, organized in collaboration with the Agency for the Promotion of European Research (APRE), is aimed at professors and researchers to offer them a complete overview of the different funding schemes and provide useful suggestions for drafting their project proposals.

Program of the course:

  • Introduction to the ERC program: Structure and novelties of the program dedicated to Excellence Science
  • Participation criteria and rules: Starting, Consolidator, Advanced and Synergy Grant schemes
  • Project modules: Characteristics of an ERC project, writing of the ERC CV and novelties in the Advanced lump-sum proposal

The speaker is Marco Ferraro (APRE), an expert in European project design and business internationalization.
