The project, funded by the 7th Framework Program for Research and Development, aims to transfer the logics of the IPPC Directive to countries from the southern shore of the Mediterranean. Involving Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, it aims to evaluate the technological adaptation of 6 industrial sectors and to transfer the BAT (Best Available Tecquiques) to these countries.
