The pilot project is promoted and financed by the European Commission (DG Enterprise & Industry) for the territorial experimental application of CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility – tools, specifically applied to SMEs, in three Tuscan clusters of leather, clothing and paper. In the project 4 companies are involved (3 in apparel sector and 1 in the leather sector) comprising 4 gap analyses to determine the current level of compliance of each of these companies to SA8000 standard.
