The aim of the project is to propose adherence to a laboratory on the organizational models HEALTH SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE) for:

To develop the knowledge of innovative approaches and tools to improve the managerial and organizational skills of the Client in addressing the challenges in the HSE field;
Identify and monitor the most significant changes at the organizational level to favor the development of efficient management tools able to have positive impacts on HSE performance;
Experimenting and testing in the field the applicability of the "frontier" tools for management.
