The project, cofinanced by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the cross-border cooperation operational programme Italy-Maritime France, is a Strategic Maritime project that provided for wide-ranging cross-border cooperation on the coastal and maritime area of the Upper Tyrrhenian Sea. It aims at developing integrated and shared policies in the field of environmental protection of water and soils, focusing on rural and marine production in the partner regions.
