Bio
Amerigo graduated as a medical doctor in 2020 at the University of Pisa. After completing his PhD in Translational Medicine at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa, he began his medical residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Pisa.
His main field of interest is gynaecological surgery for benign diseases. Particularly, he investigates the leading factors contributing to the clinical practice variation of reconstructive and demolitive gynaecological surgery in Tuscany.
His research also focuses on the use of performance and patient-reported data for improving the management and quality of the maternal-child pathway.
